USDA Recommended Safe Minimum Internal Temperatures
- Steaks & Roasts - 145 °F
- Fish - 145 °F
- Pork - 160 °F
- Ground Beef - 160 °F
- Egg Dishes - 160 °F
- Chicken Breasts - 165 °F
- Whole Poultry - 165 °F
Customers Please Note: All Oven Ready Casseroles should be cooked to a temperature of 165 degrees. Foods with pasta, rice or other moisture sucking ingredients should be reheated covered for most of their cooking period and may need a little extra liquid added as they reheat. Stir in a little milk for cream based, tomato sauce or broth for marinara based sauces. What to use depends on the recipe.
